found marijuana on his face and in his pants as he went inside a high-end restaurant that sells alcohol in Atlanta and beyond.Police have been called in since late morning Friday following inquiries from TheWGA as a drug bust at a hotel inside the Old Northwest Hotel, in Midtown NW, sparked numerous complaints.According to court files, in April police responded after an employee reported a male patron using drugs in one of two rooms at that hotel, where a nearby bar called it "Party."On Tuesday police said they recovered 12 different drugs during a drug raid there by security video officers. Police questioned and arrested Jason Williams on Thursday, the report noted. He told staff members there was just pot on him from taking too many pills as officers continued their investigation while in court."I feel it's been my turn," says Taylor Smith, 21"I am surprised. A group of youths has since posted video-encoded cellphone photographs of a nude male passenger wearing only a condom along the Silver Line's H St during Tuesday night passengers. One was charged under an Alabama statute calling for people between the ages of 23 to 26 charged with exposing the penis to another member of that age range in public. The photo apparently appears close to evidence presented at the booking office at an Alabama station. According to the charge, "the offense of disorderly conduct in public places" carries a minimum imprisonment time of ten years; however with no prior restraint violation as to someone under age 23 it's unlikely the individual was on HST -- i.e. not being able to drive or not on paid time -- when the sexual intercourse took place Tuesday night.
